Rebate Roundup! Cash Back for Getting Organized

On top of all the great savings we normally offer, our rebate page is a chance to earn even more back. Opportunities to claim free items, gift cards, and even cash are available from manufacturers if you buy the right items and fill out the information. Here are three rebates available through the first quarter of 2017 that will reward you for getting organized.

Presto Storage Box

Bankers Box is always a go-to choice for archiving files and creating stackable storage. Both the Presto and Mystic series feature boxes that assemble in an instant, leaving less busy work and more time filling them and cleaning out desks and cabinets. They even feature locking lids, preventing boxes from accidentally opening and threatening its contents. Now, ordering $100 of one of the two earns you a cash rebate- $25 for Mystic boxes and $30 for Presto boxes!

Through the end of April, Swingline, Quartet, and Cambridge are running a flexible rebate program on a number of their items including dry erase boards, staplers, and shredders. The amount you earn back increases the more you buy, but will be about 10% cash back. Bigger departmental shredders have their own rebate offers, going up as high as $750! A wide variety of products are available, making this a great way to pick up several different kinds of office essentials and accessories.

Victor Monitor Stand

Victor is rewarding desk organization with a free gift. Right now, you can earn a free pencil holder by ordering one of seven qualifying products- options include monitor risers that add storage space under your screen, a printer stand with trays for paper and accessories, and desktop organizers with up to five compartments. Like the Fellowes rebate, the Victor offer lasts until the end of March.

Check our our rebate page for a full list of all the great offers!

Free Laminator Rebate From 3M

It’s hard to appreciate how useful a laminator is until you have one and start using it. Until you’ve got the tool at your disposal, you may not think about how many papers around your desk or posted around the office carry important information that should be preserved in case they’re damaged or accidentally discarded. Laminating is easy and not only protects sheets of paper, but makes them feel significant. Now, you have an opportunity to get a Scotch laminator free!

Scotch Pro TL-906 Laminator

The TL-906 laminator has a short warm-up time, is easy to use, and has a feed mechanism designed to prevent jamming. It offers professional quality lamination in a small package. To claim a free one, all you need to do is buy five packs of laminating pouches, which are required to use the product anyway! This will qualify you for a rebate to get the laminator at no charge!

Rose Gold Scotch Tape and Post-It Dispensers

Two other rebates from 3M work much the same- buy the product to get the free dispenser! These dispensers go hand-in-hand with a sleek design and a fine rose gold color, and available with the purchase of one qualifying Post-It Note or Scotch Tape product. All three rebates run until June 30.

Buy One Item, Get Cool Post-It or Tape Dispenser Free

We're always impressed with the latest dispensers 3M rolls out for its Post-It Notes and Scotch Tape. From fashion to sports to a simple aesthetic, there's something there for every taste. Two new dispensers are out now, and easy to get for free thanks to new rebates that do away with the amount you need to spend. Instead, you only need to purchase one qualifying product to get your hands on these:

3M Post-It Pop-Up Note Dispenser

This retro camera pop-up dispenser is the newest option and thanks to this rebate, yours with the purchase of just one pack of qualifying Post-It Note products. Qualifying products range from colorful 10 packs to cabinet packs that include a handy box for easy storage.

3M Scotch Tape Dispenser

Make your desk feel a little more scholarly with this globe tape dispenser. It holds standard 3/4” Scotch Tape rolls, and again only requires the purchase of one item to claim. Items are a range of Scotch Tape multi-packs from the standard Magic tape to glossy Transparent tape to Greener tape made of 65% recycled materials.

These rebates are available through the end of the year!

Savings on Handy Post-It Note Products

It's no secret that we love Post-It Notes around here. Given how useful they are for work, school or the home, that's no surprise. Seems like nobody can have enough of them, and now's a great time to stock up in the middle of our massive sale on Post-It products.

Post-It 3" x 3" Super Sticky Pads

From now through the end of the month, this page will have an assortment of Post-It products featured and marked down. This includes your basic 3x3 pads in both regular and Super Sticky versions. The Super Sticky notes use a strong adhesive to cling to more surfaces longer and more reliably. Color sets range from standard canary to the more vibrant palettes offered in their World of Color series. Pads are also available in a variety of shapes such as stars and functions such as arrow flags for signatures.

Post-It Pop Up Dispenser/Adorable Kitty

Of course, if you'll have these on your desk, you'll want a stylish dispenser to hold them. We're featuring the pictured cat this month, but there are several options to choose from. For example, this dispenser holds both standard pads and smaller flag sizes, and even has a built in photo frame!

3M is also currently running a rebate where a $300 purchase of Post-It Brand products will net you a nice Vera Bradley duffel bag! This rebate runs through the end of the year.

Shipping volume sees a sharp increase in these final months of the year, with FedEx and UPS hiring thousands of seasonal workers to try to keep up. If you're putting gifts or other items on the truck this year, you'll want to have labels you can print on clearly to make sure your package ends up going in the right direction. Avery, always the choice name for labels, wants to help by offering a gift card for your purchase.

Avery Gift Card Rebate

Order $75 or more of qualifying Avery products and you will qualify for a rebate netting you a $25 Pottery Barn gift card. That means that while you prepare to send presents to loved ones, you'll be able to claim something yourself! The rebates runs until the end of the year and there are more than just shipping labels eligible. You can find neon labels, labels that print all the way to the edge, and Avery's newest creation- self-laminating labels.

Avery Self-Laminating Labels

These print normally, but include a laminate film that applies easily and turns normal paper into a heavy-duty label. Once applied, it will resist weather, harsh conditions, and other wear and tear. Laminating ID labels are available in many sizes and compatible with any printer.

Even better, the NFL staplers are part of a larger rebate with Acco Brands! These, along with other great items like Quartet dry-erase boards, At-A-Glance planners and GBC presentation materials, are eligible for a rebate that will get you a gift card for NFLShop.com. You could earn up to a $100 gift card, so check out all the details here. The rebate runs through the end of the year.

Get a Free Glass Marker Board By Buying A Swingline Shredder

The importance of having a paper shredder handy at your desk can't be understated. Privacy laws require certain companies to destroy sensitive information. Even when it isn't a legal issue, the risk of identity theft and corporate espionage means slicing up old credit cards and personal data offers peace of mind. Many offices don't have enough shredders to go around or overwork the shredders that are present. More shredders to accommodate more desks or departments are always a good idea, and now there's a way to get something to else to help the office- a free glass marker board!

Quartet Infinity Glass Board

Acco Brands is running a promotion in September and October where purchases of a qualifying Swingline shredder are eligible for a rebate for a Quartet glass marker board. Shredders that qualify range from small office use to heavy-duty Stack-and-Shred units that can accommodate entire departments, shredding entire reams of paper on their own while you go back to work.

Swingline Stack-and-Shred 750X Shredder

Glass marker boards are some of the trendiest office products around. They're stylish and aren't as susceptible to ghosting the way melamine boards are. Put up marker boards to promote collaboration among employees or replace outdated or worn out boards in your conference room. The better the shredder purchased, the bigger the marker board you'll get!

Get Free Stuff From Acco and Enter To Win a Trip to Florida!

Acco products cover a wide range of office needs, representing major brands like Swingline, Quartet and At-A-Glance. Acco also wants to give you free stuff, possibly even a free trip!

It's Even Nicer In Real Life

Let's start with the free gifts. For qualifying purchases of $125, you can get a rebate for a free red Swingline stapler. For $250, it's a 24” x 18” glass marker board. For $500, you can get a free Stack-and-Shred Shredder. So what qualifies? There are plenty of products to choose from. You can order any combination of these Quartet boards, Wilson Jones binders, At-A-Glance planners, Cambridge notebooks, or Swingline staplers, hole punches or shredders.

Yours For Free... Without Stealing From Co-Workers

Acco is also giving away a trip for two to Fort Myers Beach, Florida! To enter, all you need to do is go to their Facebook page and upload a photo or video showing how you get your work done using Acco products. Add a caption, fill out the information and you're in! The best entry gets to spend three nights relaxing on the beach. You've got until April 15 to enter the contests or take advantage of the free gifts.

Buy School Supplies, Get Gift Card

Back to School season is nearly upon us. It's time to start thinking about everything students will need for school... and the associated drain on your budget. We're going to make your life easier. How would getting a gift card for up to 20% of your purchase sound?

That's the new deal Tops Products and Cardinal are rolling out from now until the end of September. Buy $50 worth of qualifying products and you can send in for a $10 gift card for either The Home Depot or Target. The qualifying products are things that you'll probably need anyway, like notebooks and binders.

Tops Wirebound Notebooks

The Cardinal binder pockets can help keep your binder organized. Not only do the pockets allow additional storage for papers that may not be hole punched, they also act as dividers to sort the binder into sections for easy organization. Zipper binder pockets zip up, allowing larger items like pencils or handheld calculators to be stored easily.

Cardinal ClearVue Slant Ring Binder

You'll also find binders available, and everybody can use those in the office. Remember, it's not just students and teachers who are eligible for the gift card!

Gift Card From Tombow

We love Tombow products around here. Not that that's controversial. Their adhesive dispensers and associated refills are best-selling products and their correction tape dispensers have been described as the Cadillac of correction tape. It doesn't take much prompting to get us to gush about their products, but some recent developments has us even more eager to talk about them.

Tombow Mono Adhesive Dispenser

Tombow actually sells two versions of its popular adhesive tape. There's a version that you would buy in office supply stores, targeted towards creating presentation displays. Then there's a version sold in craft stores, aimed at scrapbookers. It's all the same stuff, just with different packaging, and Tombow has come to the realization that doing this was kinda silly. So they're phasing out the office version, the ever-popular TOM62201 dispenser and its TOM62202 refill, and selling the same thing everywhere. Equality for the win!

This is fantastic news because while it's the same tape we all love, the Craft Collection version, model TOM62106 with refill TOM62107, has 33 percent more tape on each roll. That means more bang for your buck for all your scrapbooking and office needs. The Craft Collection refills will still fit the TOM62201 dispenser and work just as well.

Tombow Craft Collection Adhesive Dispenser

Best of all, from now until July, ordering $50 or more of eligible Tombow products will net you a $10 gift card from a number of popular retailers and restaurants. A $100 purchase gets you a $25 gift card! Check out this page for the rebate form and a list of eligible products. Most correction tape products are on the list, as are the Craft Collection adhesives, making this the perfect time to switch for those used to ordering the TOM62202 refills.

Free Water Bottle For Buying Tape

I just found out that Scotch is giving away a free water bottle just for buying the tape every office already needs.  I don't know the specific connection between Scotch brand tape and a Thermos brand bottle, but it is a pretty cool promotion.  Most people these days are trying to "Go Green" and save a little money if possible, and a good water bottle is a great step in that direction.  Fill up the water bottle at any number of easy to locate taps and take it along on day-to-day activities.  When the bottle is empty just refill it and carry on.  Reusing a plastic water bottle is "Greener" than buying and recycling plastic bottles from vending machines, grocery stores or gas stations because there is a good deal of energy needed to recycled that bottle and not all of it (like the cap or label) is truly recyclable.

Thermos Intak Hydration Bottle

The water bottle in question here is a Thermos Intak Hydration Bottle.  Those smart people over at Thermos know an occasional adult beverage might be consumed in this bottle so they call it a "Hydration Bottle" instead of a water bottle.  The promotional material shows a green bottle, but I don't think there is a guarantee of any color that will actually be sent.  The reviews for this bottle are generally positive, and those people had to pay for the bottles.  I'm sure than anybody who received the bottle for free would rate it even higher.  The product page lays out the details of the bottle pretty simply, but it is a BPA-free dishwasher-safe bottle with a water proof lid and a carrying loop.  BPA was in the news non-stop for a year or so as manufacturers removed it from items in their line-up. Some plastics would release BPA when heated and then kids would drink it and be exposed to potentially unsafe levels of estrogen, so manufacturers have mostly moved to BPA-free plastics.  The use of BPA-free plastics makes this bottle kid-safe as well.

Rebate Details Page

Nobody get this bottle completely for free though, some Scotch tape needs to be purchased and a rebate form needs to be filled out.  Buy any combination of two qualifying products; MMM 810K16 (Magic Tape), MMM 600K12 (Transparent Tape), MMM 38506 (Premium Packaging Tape), or MMM 35006 (High Performance Packaging Tape) and mail in the rebate form with the UPCs.  If the goal is to maximize the tape dollar to free water bottle tape ratio the Transparent Tape is the least expensive.  The rebate form allows for 2 rewards per envelope and 6 rewards per unique mailing address so purchasing 12 boxes of the Transparent Tape and mailing 3 rebate forms will generate greatest return.
